Canned tuna with quinoa* RECIPE | Lunch box Idea

Hi guys !
we all know those days that you just don't have anything for lunch and no leftovers are to be found. We've all been there and so I 'm going to share with you a simple lunch idea that you can pack with you anywhere you go.
Ingredients"
80 g of canned tuna
80 g of uncooked quinoa
3 carrots
3 tbsp of corn
1 tbsp of chili olive oil (you can use normal olive oil if you want)
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder (optional)

So this is a very basic recipe that doesn't require a lot of skills you'll start by cooking the quinoa. Bring water to a boil add a little bit of salt and add the quinoa. Let it cook for 10 minutes and turn the heat off.

While you're waiting for the quinoa to cook, roast the carrots on medium heat for 10 minutes, checking them now and then to make sure they don't get burnt as mine did :D


Learn from my mistakes ! After they're done transfer them into your lunchbox alongside with quinoa and mix it together.

Now you can add the canned tuna with the corn and mix it again. When you're satisfied just add the spices to your personal taste.

That's it, simple, delicious ready in 20 minutes :)
